Planned 4 miles 400 yards and twinge of pain in leg 8(out of 10) stopped streached and no pain leg tender so walked back to house. pain in leg down inside and around back of knee dull 2/10.
back to house and streached.
Leg sore dull 3/10 in top leg joint and inside of leg.

Leg good no pain sore sholder from Wii!
Exercise: 4 Mile run very easy no problem. Paranoia stopped me running further!
Pain: dull pain in leg when rubbed.

Leg: fine, dull pain along length of the inductor.
Exercise: Went to the gym after work
Small amout of pain when doing Adductor stretch reduced the movement fine.
SIDE LUNGE streact sore so stopped
Pain: no pain at all leg feeling good
running in evening with shortened stride changed to walk at the thought of any pain
No pain walking around
